This document sets out all the terms and conditions governing the use of the W1Win platform by members in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
By registering, accessing, or using any service provided by W1Win via the website https://w1win.ws or any related application, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect immediately upon completion of your account registration.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the platform W1Win. Continued use of this platform following notification of any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of the platform W1Win is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. You must also be a resident of Malaysia and use this platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Each individual is permitted to hold and operate only one (1) account W1Win at any one time. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited.
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. W1Win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including official Malaysian identification documents (MyKad) and proof of payment method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password) W1Win yours. You agree not to share your login credentials with anyone, including members of your own family.
All activity on your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed authorised by the registered account holder, unless you have reported a loss of account control to the support team W1Win immediately.
W1Win accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods only:

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes for accounts that have completed full identity verification. For amounts exceeding RM 10,000, additional verification may be required and can take up to one (1) business day.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. W1Win will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All bonuses and promotions offered by W1Win are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the respective promotion details. The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 10x the bonus value, unless otherwise specified in writing within the particular promotion's terms.
System W1Win actively monitors suspicious betting patterns associated with bonus exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to, hedging, coordination across multiple accounts, and betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
All bets placed on the platform W1Win is final once confirmed by our system and you have received a bet confirmation notification. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details are correct before final confirmation.
Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under the following circumstances: the match is postponed by more than 48 hours from the originally scheduled time, the bet was placed after the match commenced due to a technical error on the platform, or the odds displayed were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.
For in-play betting on live matches such as Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, badminton, and e-sports, W1Win reserves the right to temporarily suspend betting during critical match incidents (goals, red cards) to allow odds to be updated. Bets placed during the suspension period will be voided and returned to players.
All casino games on W1Win — including baccarat, roulette, slots, and progressive jackpots — operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and independently audited by recognised third-party certification bodies. This ensures the fairness and randomness of every game round.
The progressive jackpot pool grows from a small contribution taken from each eligible bet. The jackpot value displayed on the platform W1Win is a real-time estimate and may differ slightly from the final amount paid due to data latency. Jackpots won are guaranteed to be paid in full to verified winners.
In the event of a technical disruption during a casino game session, W1Win will restore the game to the last valid state using our server logs. Any outcome that cannot be verified against valid server records will be voided and the stake returned to the player.
Users of the platform W1Win is strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:
W1Win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time on reasonable grounds, including suspected fraud, breach of terms, or requests from relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to confirmed misconduct, any balance associated with suspicious activity may be forfeited.
For account closures requested by the user, all valid cash balances will be returned to the original payment method once all active wagering requirements have been met or cancelled. This self-closure process can be initiated through account settings or by contacting the support team W1Win.
W1Win shall not be liable for any losses not directly caused by W1Win's own negligence, including losses resulting from the user's internet disruption, personal device failure, or reliance on information obtained from third-party sources for betting purposes.
Maximum liability limit W1Win against any individual claim is limited to the actual deposit amount made by the user within the 30 days preceding the claimed incident, and excludes any anticipated winnings or bonuses.
W1Win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email and in-platform notifications at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances that require immediate modification.
